Several years ago, Charles Mount began to see huge differences in how some people aged, which made him wonder: Do extreme lifestyle experiences directly correlate to the aging process? He believes they do. The more he learned on this subject, the more he wanted to show slowing down his symptoms of aging and perhaps gain a new perspective on why adventures aren’t only for the young.
